This degree prepares its graduates for jobs requiring international awareness, understanding of our complex international world, or interpretation of likely global futures, in government, educational or private sectors. The degree is taught by researchers and practitioners with extensive expertise and experience in diverse international fields. Year 12 or equivalent qualifications; or mature age entry (STAT); or TAFE/VET qualifications; or higher education transfers; or completion of a foundation studies program

Structure:

the degree allows students some choice of topics in each year, at first and at second year, five out of eight topics will be core (compulsory) topics. Through these core topics students develop the background knowledge and the analytical, communication, conceptual and lifelong learning skills they need to take their international awareness into any field they wish to enter. Learning activities provide: opportunities to meet and interact with people working in international ventures; work-readiness opportunities; research training pathways; help with CV and job application preparation; and day-by-day responsiveness to world events, people and circumstances.
