This one year pathway course is designed for applicants who want to gain entry into the Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice or into the combined degree of Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice with Bachelor of Law and Society but may not meet the minimum academic requirements.
Structure
This pathway program offers students the opportunity to study 4 Law topics that are normally restricted to students enrolled in the Law degree. Alongside these, students will study two topics in Criminology and one Legal Studies topic. Students will also be able to choose an additional topic in Australian Studies, Sociology or Political Studies.

- Or completion of a foundation studies program
Recognition
Students who successfully transfer into the combined degree of Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice/Bachelor of Law and Society, or into the straight Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice will then complete all the educational and training requirements necessary for admission to legal practice.
