Established in 1986, Footscray City College is a Registered Training Organisation that provides film and television production training. Students are provided with hands-on tuition in short film production on up to 20 films per year. The Training packages are taught in clusters of units, so that the approach is wholistic and is integrated into the learning process. Assessment is based on achieving competency in all units delivered.
Entry requirements for Footscray City College
Application is through direct entry with an application form downloaded from the Film and Television website. Successful applicants will be invited to attend an interview - where students must present a folio of films produced and scripts written.
Transfering your previous study credits
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer are available from any appropriate media production course.
