Established in 1998, Frontline Management Institute is a Registered Training Organisation that provides development for frontline managers, middle managers, work team members and trainers and assessors. Courses and programs are delivered in-house to business and government organisations. They also provide coaching in leadership and management. Qualifications include the Diploma of Leadership and Management and Certificate IV in Leadership and Management. Qualifications are delivered by Open Learning for $1500 per person or delivered as in-house programs tailored for organisations.
