This qualification reflects the role of educators who are responsible for the day-to-day running of a before and after school care and/or vacation care service, including planning, implementing and managing programs which address regulatory and duty of care requirements.They will have responsibility for the supervision of volunteers and or other staff.Under the Education and Care Services National Law (2011) the Australian Children\u2019s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) publishes lists of approved early childhood education and care qualifications and information regarding regulatory requirements here: www.acecqa.gov.au.
