Since 1997, Griffith College (formerly QIBT) and Griffith University have worked together to help over 13,500 Australian and international students gain access to tertiary studies, earning the reputation as Queensland's leading university pathway provider.

Located on Griffith University's Mount Gravatt and Gold Coast campuses, Griffith College offers undergraduate Diploma programs in: Business/Commerce, Science, Criminology and Criminal Justice, Engineering, Design, Health Care (Nursing), Health Sciences, Hotel Management, Information Technology, Psychology and Arts and Communication.

Upon successful completion of a Griffith College Diploma, students will gain entry into the second year of the equivalent degree program at Griffith University. Griffith College students are able to fast-track their studies and enter second year university after just eight months at Griffith College.

Students study on campus and are taught by university lecturers, providing more teaching hours per subject to help students stay ahead. Griffith College also offers a Foundation Program, and Associate Degree in Commerce and Business.

Entry requirements for Griffith College

Year 11 for entry into Foundation Program; Year 12 for entry into Diploma programs; Bachelor degree. Mature age entry is possible for applicants with relevant work experience and other acceptable qualifications. International students must demonstrate English language proficiency. Transfering your previous study credits

Upon successful completion of a Diploma program, students will gain credit for eligible subjects in the appropriate Griffith University Bachelor degree program.

Upon successful completion of the Postgraduate Qualifying Program, students are required to gain a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 4.5 and a minimum grade of 5.0 for the course. Academic Communication for Postgraduate Students and a pass in all other courses in order to be eligible for entry to the relevant postgraduate program.
