Learning from leading experts, you'll develop expertise and an in-depth understanding of Asia's political, economic and cultural environment and be prepared to take advantage of new and exciting opportunities working in Australia and overseas as an expert on Asian affairs.In your first year, you'll learn about core concepts of Asian and international studies, including intercultural communication, globalisation and Asian societies and culture. In your second and third years, you'll choose two majors and undertake courses from the Griffith in Asia Initiative.Hands-on learningThe Griffith in Asia Initiative provides opportunities to study abroad and experience Asia first-hand through international internships, study tours and trimester exchanges.Majors Asian Business Asian Societies and Cultures Chinese Language Indonesian Language* International Relations and Security Japanese Language Korean Language* Politics, Law and Justice in Asia* Via cross-institutional study at The University of Queensland.
