A shared foundation year, between the Bachelor of Early Childhood and Primary Education, Bachelor of Primary Education and Bachelor of Secondary Education, to develop key insights into major trends and themes in education. This shared foundation year allows for a seamless transition between degrees, giving you time to decide which age group you feel most comfortable teaching. Benefit from our strong relationships with schools and industry partners. During your studies, you'll undertake 110 days of supervised professional experience with a dedicated placement officer to assist in organising your placement. Choose to specialise in a range of in-demand areas, including early childhood, STEM and digital technologies, to boost your teaching career early. Learn at your own pace, with flexible options including online learning you may be able to fast-track your studies. Once the degree is accredited, accredited, eligible students can apply for Queensland teacher registration as soon as they graduate.
