Griffith Sports Excellence Scholarships

Level of study: Postgraduate, Undergraduate / VET

The Griffith Sports Excellence Scholarships enable gifted sportspeople who have the potential to perform at a sound academic level at a tertiary institution, to gain a higher qualification without forfeiting their sporting opportunities. The scholarship is available to commencing and current Griffith students.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must: be an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, or Permanent Humanitarian Visa holder; eligible for admission into or be currently enrolled in any of Griffith University's undergraduate or postgraduate (by coursework) degrees in 2024; competing at an elite level (nationally or internationally) in your chosen sport. Your chosen sport must either be: listed as a funded sport in the Sports Australia - Australian Sports Directory; and/or be an Olympic, Paralympic or Commonwealth Games sport.
