The Chancellor’s Scholarships are for students with compounding educational disadvantage that may impact their ability to commence and complete their degree and for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students to achieve their full potential.There are multiple scholarship opportunities available within the suite of Chancellor's Scholarships.
Eligibility
Applicants must; be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, permanent humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen; be a Griffith University undergraduate student (commencing and continuing students); not have completed the requirements for an Australian bachelor award unless such an award is a prerequisite to your undergraduate program of enrolment and there is no alternate pathway into that program; be in good academic standing (continuing students only); demonstrate educational disadvantage based on a comprehensive assessment by the University; not be a current recipient of a Chancellor's Accommodation, Chancellor’s Education, Indigenous Commonwealth Accommodation or Indigenous Commonwealth Education Scholarship.Applicants in receipt of Centrelink Relocation Grants may be ineligible for the regional or remote payment under this scholarship.
