The Victorian Government is offering free short courses to assist people gaining the skills and knowledge to work in the Construction Industry. The Construction Induction Card is a requirement to entere a worksite and is enforced by WorkSafe Victoria.Only one course from the list of approved courses will be funded per person.

It relates directly to the general induction training program specified by the National Code of Practice for Induction Training for Construction Work (ASCC 2006). Licensing requirements will apply to this unit of competency depending on the regulatory requirements of each jurisdiction.
