This program is designed to sharpen industry knowledge and prepare students for a leadership role. Alongside business essentials such as economics, finance, marketing, and accounting they will also examine contemporary business practice such as leadership and innovation, and media management. Students will further their understanding of best practice for managing people and organisations and develop skills in strategic intelligence. The Management and Organisation major means that students can structure their postgraduate degree around professional and personal interests.

Structure
2 year qualification with 2 semesters per year. Students are required to complete 12 subjects made up of 4 foundation subjects, 4 capstone subjects and 4 specialisation subjects. The course also includes a work-integrated Industry Research Project (typically taken in semester 3).
