Applicants must: be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent and be enrolled or enrolling in a course at JCU. Students applying for The Arrow Energy Indigenous Scholarship must be enrolling in any course, and students applying for The Arrow Energy Resource Sector Indigenous Scholarship must be enrolling in a course listed in Schedule B.

The scholarship is valued at $10,000 for 1 year or such amount as the Selection Committee determine from time to time.
