Founded in 2006 with donations received from the medical community of North Queensland in recognition of Professor Richard Hays, Foundation Dean, School of Medicine. The bursary will be maintained with annual donations from the College of Medicine & Dentistry.
Eligibility
Applicants must: be Australian or New Zealand citizens or permanent residents who are enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery at James Cook University.
Amount
$2,500
The bursary is valued at $2,500 which shall be used as funding to attend an approved medical conference.
