Structure
Complete a total of four years of full-time study or its part-time equivalent. To qualify for the award of Bachelor of Laws (Honours), students must complete 480 credit points consisting of; 240 core credit points 30 or 45 core choice credit points 120 university-wide (non-law) elective credit points and 75 or 90 credit points of law school electives.

Entry requirements
- Recent secondary education - VTAC prerequisite: Year 12 English prerequisite (25) - Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL.
- Recent secondary education - UAC prerequisite: Year 12 English prerequisite (Band 3) - equivalent to VCE 25 - One of English Standard, English Advanced (Band 3), English as an Additional Language or Dialect (Band 4).
- International: IELTS - 6.5 < 6.0 (PG minimum) - 6.5 IELTS (Academic) with no individual band less than 6.0.
