Structure
Complete a total of at least five years full-time study or its part time equivalent. To qualify for the award of Bachelor of Laws (Honours)/Bachelor of Arts, students must complete 600 credit points consisting of: 360 credit points of Law coded subjects, of which: 240 core credit points 30 or 45 core-choice credit points 75 or 90 elective credit points 240 credit points of Arts coded subjects, of which: One, 120 credit point major to be selected from Arts majors list and the remaining 120 credit points to be selected from: ; A second 120 credit point major to be selected from Arts majors or ; a combination of HUSS elective subjects and/or Arts minor/s or ; two minors to be selected from Arts minor list or ; 120 credit points of elective subjects

Entry requirements
- Recent secondary education - VTAC prerequisite: Year 12 English prerequisite (25) - Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL.
- International: IELTS - 6.5 < 6.0 (PG minimum) - 6.5 IELTS (Academic) with no individual band less than 6.0.
