Bachelor of Paramedic Practice with Honours

To qualify for the award of Bachelor of Paramedic Practice with Honours (HHPPB, HHPPW) students must complete 480 credit points as follows: 390 core credit points 15 elective credit points 75 core-choice credit points

Entry requirements

  • Recent secondary education - VTAC prerequisite: Year 12 English prerequisite (25) - Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL.
  • Recent secondary education - VTAC prerequisite: Year 12 subject prerequisite - Other - Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 20 in two of Biology, Chemistry, Health And Human Development, any Mathematics, Physical Education, Physics or Psychology.
  • Recent secondary education - UAC prerequisite: Year 12 subject prerequisite - One of English Standard, English Advanced (Band 3), English as an Additional Language or Dialect (Band 4).
  • Recent secondary education - UAC prerequisite: Year 12 subject prerequisite - Two of Biology
  • Chemistry

  • or Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (Band 2).
  • Non Year 12 - Vocational Education & Training: VET prerequisites - Course specific requirements - Subject proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency equivalent to stated Year 12 prerequisites.
