Master of Artificial Intelligence (Accelerated)
The Accelerated Master of Artificial Intelligence at La Trobe University develops your expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning and data-driven technologies to design and evaluate intelligent systems. This accelerated course is designed for students with a cognate degree in artificial intelligence, data science or information technology. You will receive advanced standing for selected subjects, enabling you to complete the degree in 1.5 years. For the 2-year degree, visit Master of Artificial Intelligence. You will study core areas of artificial intelligence including machine learning, data mining, computer vision and natural language processing to design systems that analyse data, automate decisions and solve complex problems, while developing transferable skills in entrepreneurship, professional practice and project management. In your second year, you will align your studies with your professional goals through a specialisation stream.
