To qualify for the award of Master of Information and Communication Technology, students must complete 195 credit points consisting of: Industry project pathway 135 core credit-points and 30 core-choice credit points and 30 elective credit points or Research Thesis pathway 135 core credit-points and 60 core-choice credit points

Standard entry requirements
- Postgraduate: Prerequisites - Course specific requirements - Specialisation - compulsory: Computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or communication/telecommunication engineering with a substantial learning in computer science content.
- Postgraduate: Prerequisites - Course specific requirements - WAM - Weighted Average Mark (WAM) 60%
- Postgraduate: Prerequisites - Undergraduate requirements - Successful completion of an Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent).
- International: IELTS - 6.5 < 6.0 (PG minimum) - 6.5 IELTS (Academic) with no individual band less than 6.0.
