Standard entry requirements

  • Domestic: Academic level: A Juris Doctor or a bachelor honours degree in Law, or an equivalent qualification. Equivalent prerequisite qualifications: A Bachelor of Law or cognate equivalent plus either a Graduate Diploma in Law, a Graduate Certificate in Law, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification
  • Or A Bachelor of Law or cognate equivalent plus sufficient relevant work-based or other learning that, in the opinion of the school, constitutes the equivalent of one of the above qualifications (normally at least 2 years experience in Australia or the international equivalent)
  • Or A Bachelor of Law or cognate equivalent plus admission to practice as an Australian lawyer (or international equivalent). International: English language requirement: IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 with no individual band score less than 6.0. Academic entry requirement: A Juris Doctor or a Bachelor Honours degree in Law, or cognate equivalent or A Bachelor of Law or cognate equivalent plus either a Graduate Diploma in Law, a Graduate Certificate in Law, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification
  • Or A Bachelor of Law or cognate equivalent plus sufficient relevant work-based or other learning that, in the opinion of the School, constitutes the equivalent of one of the above qualifications (normally at least 2 years experience in Australia or the international equivalent)
  • Or A Bachelor of Law or cognate equivalent plus admission to practice as an Australian lawyer (or international equivalent).
