This course provides an excellent, generalist education in information technology (IT), and the opportunity to explore focus areas in information systems, software development, computer networks, and web development. The learning structure enables you to complete your course as a full-time online student, or combine online part-time studies with working commitments. This course has an applied focus and includes IT industry Vendor Certifications that are relevant and desirable to potential employers. Graduates with applied qualifications not only have the skills and knowledge from a university education, but the practical thinking to apply them in industry.

Entry Requirements:

Completion of Year 12, with a score in English of at least 25, or An equivalent academic level achievement, or Work experience after leaving school: Two years if completing a business degree; One year if completing an IT degree. All students are required to undergo the online Didasko Pre-enrolment Assessment and achieve a pass mark of 60%.

Computer Power Institute (CPI) is a Registered Training Organisation. They provide affordable, accessible IT Diplomas with International Vendor Certifications that lead to employment outcomes. Through weekly student intakes, students can enrol quickly to start their computer courses. CPI provides IT courses in Information Technology Networking, Information Technology (Business Innovation) and a Double Diploma of Software Development and Website Development, all designed for individuals with little or no vocational experience to those currently holding senior roles in industry. The IT courses are developed in conjunction with industry to ensure students develop the skills and knowledge required by employers.
