The Macquarie Advantage Accommodation Scholarship (Dunmore Lang College) covers the cost of a standard room at the College, including accommodation and all meals for up to four years of your study. If you are a regional or remote student moving to Sydney to study at Macquarie University, this could be the lifechanging scholarship for you, not only providing you with accommodation and meals, but you would also be joining a diverse and welcoming community with approximately 70% of our students coming from regional areas.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria: Be an Australian citizen, or the holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa.; Be a commencing Full-Time student in an undergraduate degree at Macquarie University in Session 1 2026.; Be a current school leaver, or graduate of the previous year who have not undertaken any tertiary study in their gap year.; Have demonstrated financial need via submission of a UAC Equity Scholarship application.; Have applied for a place at Dunmore Lang College.; Be from a regional and remote area.; Be able to demonstrate leadership qualities/potential through commitment to community service and/or extra-curricular activities.; Fixed places are available for Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students
