A Master of Business Administration equips you with the knowledge and skills to meet this challenging environment. Importantly, you can start applying your new knowledge and skills in the workplace from very early on in the program. Federation Business School's Master of Business Administration has been developed for managers and aspiring managers who have a degree in any discipline who now wish to move into general management to give themselves a competitive edge. The MBA combines courses in management functions such as Marketing and Human Resources with Managerial courses that will challenge the way you think about business, decision making and your own management style. The program culminates with courses where you adopt an over-arching corporate perspective. Through group-based and individual work tasks, you will embrace emerging ideas with how these impact on current practice. The MBA will equip you with the knowledge and skills to capably and confidently undertake senior general management roles within Australia and internationally, through a process of analysis, discussion, reflection and action.
