An overview of the Micro and Meta-Skills of Counselling that form the foundation of our training - pre-requisite bridging course.
Subjects
- The Foundational Counselling Skills seminar will uncover your inner knowledge of how to relate to people and provide essential tools to help develop your skills. This introductory level course is perfect to dip your toe into the water of working with people using empathetic communication. The Foundational Counselling Skills program is open to all. It can also be taken as a stand alone course to compliment you in your chosen industry as well as give you invaluable skills to navigate any relationship, with yourself and others.
