This double degree offers genuine breadth of choice, with a variety of majors and minors across the arts, humanities and social sciences available to complement studies in business. The Business Specialist component will give students strong broad business knowledge, while also building their expertise from day one in Accounting, Banking and Finance, International Business or Marketing. The Arts component will give students the opportunity to explore their passion or develop key skills in a complementary area. Students will gain all the benefits of each degree course and will be fully equipped to pursue a career in either field separately or to combine the two. This double degree course offers many opportunities to undertake study overseas, via a study tour, international exchange or internship program to provide students with practical experience and a global perspective before they graduate. A degree in Business and another in Arts will give them versatile and transferable skills that are relevant to any industry.

Entry Requirements:

Year 12 or equivalent; Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English (ESL) or 25 in any other English, and Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 22 in Mathematical Methods or Specialist Mathematics, or a score of at least 25 in Further Mathematics


Students must complete 192 points, of which 96 points are from the Bachelor of Business Specialist (including all the requirements in Part A - Foundation Business Knowledge, B - Specialist Discipline Knowledge and C - Capstone Experience for the single degree) and 96 points from the Bachelor of Arts (including all the requirements in Part A and B for the single degree).

The double degree in Bachelor of International Business and Bachelor of Arts course adopts a trimester model, which means that students will experience the dynamism of international business and complete the four-year degree in just three years. As part of this degree, students will still have the opportunity to study abroad or undertake an industry placement. Students are expected to travel between campuses for the Arts units.


Graduates may satisfy educational requirements of various professional registrations and memberships.
