Clayton campus is the largest of all eight Monash campuses and has around 26,000 students enrolled. The campus is located 20 kilometres south-east of Melbourne and is home to eight of the University's 10 faculties. Religious centres and spiritual spaces are available to students from a multiplicity of faiths. There are sporting facilities and a campus centre which houses student services including a medical centre, a post office, shops, banks, cafes and food outlets. In addition to libraries, book stores, and a student theatre, there is a hair and beauty salon. Students and staff look forward to outdoor markets every week.
Accomodation
Monash Residential Services can assist with accommodation. There are halls of residence at the Clayton campus that provide on-campus accommodation, meals and student services. Other options include Monash-affiliated Mannix College, or independent private living within walking distance of the campus.
Transport
Bus station on campus has extensive number of buses passing through. Buses also link local train stations to the campus and there is a free shuttle between Monash campuses.
