  • Entry level 1:
  • An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent) with at least a credit (60%) average in a cognate discipline approved by the faculty or
  • An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent) with at least a credit (60%) average, plus relevant professional experience.
  • Entry level 2:
  • An Australian bachelor honours degree (or equivalent) in a cognate discipline approved by the faculty or
  • An Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent) with at least credit (60%) average plus either an Australian graduate diploma (or equivalent) in Law or a cognate discipline approved by the faculty or
  • An Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent) with at least credit (60%) average in a cognate discipline approved by the faculty and at least 1 year of relevant professional experience or
  • An equivalent qualification and experience approved by the faculty.
