This unit is part of the Business Services Training Package. It specifies the outcomes required to implement the organisation's continuous improvement systems and processes. Particular emphasis is on using systems and strategies to actively encourage the team to participate in the process, monitoring and reviewing performance, and identifying opportunities for further improvements.

Established in 1995, Morgan & Hay Community Services Training & Development Centre is a Registered Training Organisation. It is now part of the Maxima Group [Training Services]. They provide training in community services, home and community care, disability, mental health (non-clinical), service co-ordination and leisure and lifestyle. Short courses for employers are also offered and can assist with workforce planning and development. Classes are kept to a maximum of 15 students for internal learning and 10 students for online learning. It regularly provides training under funding from Government departments and is a 'Workready' registered provider.
