Why Study With Us

We provide everything you would expect from a world-class university, including five-star teaching quality, world-changing research, state-of-the-art facilities, hands-on learning and course variety. At Murdoch, you’ll be encouraged to think for yourself and find new ways to push past the status quo — no matter who you are or where you have come from. We celebrate diverse ways of thinking and everything we do is grounded in our core principles.

Facilities and Services

As a Murdoch student, you’ll learn in environments both in and outside of the classroom. You’ll have the opportunity to benefit from our wide range of facilities designed to support you, academically and personally — from our animal hospital and working farm to our chiropractic and psychology clinics, and from our IT innovation hub to our law moot court.

In 2023, Murdoch is opening a new academic building, Boola Katitjin. Designed with students and their wellbeing at its heart, it will house up to 60 per cent of classes. The sustainable timber building is aiming for a six-star Green Star rating and uses both AR and VR technologies — making learning near or far easier and more interactive.
