So whether you are an aspiring realtor, a current real estate negotiator or a property professional who wants to switch industries, rest assured that DRE will not disrupt your personal and professional commitments.Conducted by seasoned real estate agents and leading academics, DRE is the start of your pathway to becoming a registered estate agent. DRE graduates receive full exemption from Part 1 and Part 2 of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEP)s Estate Agents Written Examination. DRE graduates are also eligible to apply to be Probationary Estate Agents (PEA).
