Murdoch University

The scholarship was established with the generous support of the Murdoch University Alumni community through the Alumni Annual Appeal to assist a Murdoch University student from any discipline who is in the final stages of their degree, is achieving good academic results and may be in need of financial assistance.

Eligibility

Applicant must: be enrolled in the second last or final year of study at Murdoch University, in an undergraduate course. Selection is based on academic record with a distinction average or above.

Applicants must be willing to: provide a report to the Alumni Office outlining how the scholarship funds were spent for educational purposes; attend the Distinguished Alumni Awards Ceremony for the presentation of the scholarship; and have their image and name to be used by the university in their media and publications and to co-operate with reasonable marketing requests for the purposes of publicity and/or future fundraising for the MUAAA Scholarship.

Amount $3,000

The scholarship is valued at $3,000, paid in 2 equal instalments of $1,500 after the census date in Semester 1 and Semester 2.
