Established in 2004, The National Finance Institute (NFI) is a Registered Training Organisation offering training in financial services through workshops and external study. NFI courses are recognised by all bodies including MFAA, FBAA and ASIC. NFI courses are specific to people in, or wanting to be in, the finance industry, in the role of finance broker, mortgage broker, lending officer roles. But also courses for bookkeepers and assistant accountants. Workshops in mortgage broking are held all over Australia. Other FNS BSB Management topics can be studied separately through NFI's online e-learning platform. Groups are kept small for workshops to enhance learning and provide easier access to professional trainers.

Transfering your previous study credits

The provider recognises trainees' previous education and experience. RPL is an option for all courses including Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and Diploma of Mortgage Broking Management. Credit Transfer and RPL is also an option for the FNS40215, FNS40615 and FNS50215 courses. Students in bookkeeping and accounting roles can also study gap units one at a time.

External study opportunities

Correspondence and online study is available at any time. Trainees have up to 6 months to complete courses, however courses are self-paced.
