This qualification is part of the Transport and Logistics Training Package. It provides students with the skills required to receive and dispatch goods, pick and pack orders. Students will also learn how to participate in stocktakes and handle dangerous goods and will develop skills in computers, customer service, and quality procedures.

Electives: Use product knowledge to complete work operations; Use communication systems; Operate firefighting equipment; Capture records into a records keeping system; Prepare and process financial documents; plus more.
