Small Business - Start and Manage (Training Program)

This training program is made up of units from the Business Services Training Package. It is designed for individuals who possess job-specific skills but lack management skills. This course will cover business structure, researching the market, monitoring business performance and product/service life cycle, costing and pricing, calculating hourly rate, business and marketing plans and customer relations.
