This program leads to a professionally recognised qualification in librarianship, archives and records management. In an age of information overload, the world needs graduates who are information literate and able to locate, capture, organise, retrieve and critically evaluate information. In this course graduates develop an understanding of the theoretical foundations of information creation and management, especially in a technological environment, and gain skills and experience for practice in the real world.

- 24 units. 8 unit major in Librarianship
- 8 unit major in Corporate Information Management
- 4 core humanities units
- 4 electives (should be taken from the same area of study with a maximum of 2 Level 1 elective units).
