PIMS Training

This training program is made up of units from the Resources and Infrastructure Industry Training Package. It is relevant to people who have no prior mine or mine site experience and who will be working on a coal mine site.

Core: RIIRIS201D Conduct local risk control; RIIERR205D Apply initial response First Aid; RIIWHS201D Work safely and follow WHS policies and procedures; RIIGOV201D Comply with site work processes/procedures; RIICOM201D Communicate in the workplace; RIIERR302D Respond to local emergencies and incidents; RIIERR203D Escape from hazardous situations unaided.
