- A recognised bachelor degree (or higher qualification) in any discipline, a recognised diploma qualification (or higher qualification) with at least 2 years full-time (or equivalent) professional work experience plus at least 1 year full-time (or equivalent) in a supervisory or leadership role (e.g. with responsibility for decision making, team work, quality assurance, and/or policy development)
