- A recognised bachelor degree (or higher qualification) in information technology or business
- Or A recognised bachelor degree (or higher qualification) in any other discipline followed by at least three years full-time (or equivalent) professional experience in information technology or business
- Or A recognised diploma (or higher qualification) in information technology or business followed by at least two years full-time (or equivalent) professional work experience in information technology or business
- Or At least five years full-time (or equivalent) professional work experience in information technology or business.
