The Real Estate Institute of Queensland Ltd (REIQ) is a Registered Training Organisation and a member institute dedicated to improving the professional ability of members of the real estate profession. Established in 1927, the REIQ operates from a central location at Real Estate House in Coorparoo and from regional offices in Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore) and Gold Coast (Southport). Training is offered in Northern and Central Queensland also. Courses are available for real estate salespersons, property managers, real estate agents, auctioneers, business brokers, resident letting agents (management rights) and commercial and industrial specialists.
