This qualification is part of the Property Services Training Package. It provides training for those who wish to acquire the skills needed to operate and manage a real estate/property agency. It covers customer services and the procedures and practices involved in the management of property under an agency contract.

Certificate IV in Property Services or relevant vocational experience


26 units: 6 core; 20 electives

Subjects you can Study:

Core: Establish and manage agency trust accounts; Identify legal and ethical requirements of property management to complete agency work; Identify legal and ethical requirements of property sales to complete agency work; Interpret legislation to complete agency work; Minimise agency and consumer risk; Work in the real estate industry or Work in the stock and station agency sector. Plus electives.

Established in 1974, the Real Estate Institute of the Northern Territory (REINT) is a Registered Training Organisation that provides nationally accredited training for the real estate industry. REINT is both the professional association for real estate agents in the Northern Territory and the education provider to the industry. The Institute's mission is to promote professional service and the ideals of the real estate industry to both its members and the community. Through its own activities and affiliation with the Real Estate Institute of Australia, REINT plays a role in legislation, documentation, representation, media liaison, and the lobbying of the federal government to further the interests of the industry as a whole.
