For marketing leaders, it’s clear that the future is in highly relevant, timely and personalised customer experiences. It’s also clear that knowing how to transform your marketing is the way to get there. What’s more difficult is creating a roadmap that fits - and getting the buy-in to make it happen. With a constant barrage of platforms, apps, technologies and tools, as well as consumer demand for personalised experiences, many marketers are struggling to know how to lead their department towards digital maturity.To bridge this gap, RMIT Online, in collaboration with leading industry partners and academics, has co-designed the Graduate Certificate in Digital Marketing Leadership.

Structure

As part of your studies you will undertake the following four courses: Customer First Digital Marketing, Consumer Analytics, Marketing Technologies, Leading Digital Transformation Marketing.

Standard entry requirements

An Australian Bachelor degree or equivalent, or higher level qualification, in any discipline from a recognised tertiary institution and two years full time experience working in a marketing role. All applicants will be required to submit a curriculum vitae (CV).
