This program aims to provide academic and practical training for decision makers and managers in the diverse property industry. The aim is to provide advanced theoretical and professional training in real estate investment decision making, through the presentation of: specialist technical skills for the real estate development and investment industries; the provision of a facility for interaction between students from diverse property backgrounds who are employed in real estate development and investment in the public or private sector; and a flexible learning format which allows the program to evolve in response to changing industry requirements.

Standard entry requirements

Successfully completed an Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent overseas qualification, or a minimum of 8 years professional work experience in a related industry. Applicants with professional experience at a senior level that is less than 8 years may also be considered.

Students who have undertaken a Bachelor Honours degree, Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma may be able to apply for credit which will be assessed on an individual case basis dependent on the qualification, program undertaken and GPA.
