Certificate II in Aeroskills

This qualification is part of the Aeroskills Training Package. It applies to employees in aviation maintenance workshops who are required to perform repair and overhaul tasks on a limited range of aircraft electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electro-hydraulic and electro-pneumatic components, or who perform simple repairs on a limited range of structural components.

Entry Requirements:

No minimum education. Prerequisite units apply to some units.

Subjects you can Study:

Core: Interpret WHS practices in aviation maintenance; Plan and organise aviation maintenance work activities; Apply quality standards applicable to aviation maintenance processes; Interpret and use aviation maintenance industry manuals and specifications; Complete aviation maintenance industry documentation; Perform basic hand skills, standard trade practices and fundamentals in aviation maintenance; Apply self in the aviation maintenance environment; Participate in environmentally sustainable work practices. Plus electives.
