This qualification is part of the Transport and Logistics Training Package. It is for people who want to be engaged in logistics operations support within the transport and logistics industry. Students will undertake a range of tasks involving known routines and procedures, and taking some responsibility for the quality of work outcomes.

Electives: Present routine workplace information; Apply keyboard skills; Follow security procedures when working with goods and cargo; Maintain control of records; Operate firefighting equipment; plus more.
