This course will provide learners with the practical skills and knowledge required to work effectively within teams whilst undertaking a team or community based project. It allows participants to develop self, work collaboratively with other team members, plan and participate in team meetings, communicate effectively and identifies the rights and responsibilities of others. This course is also designed to further develop and enhance the learner's personal leadership skills.
