Students who complete this course are assured entry to a Bachelor of Arts (Media) course with (1 year) advanced standing. Australian students require a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 1.5. Students who complete this course and achieve a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.5 out of 7 are assured entry to a Bachelor of Communications (Majoring in Journalism, Public Relations or Advertising) with (1 year) advanced standing at Western Sydney University.
