This qualification is part of the Construction, Plumbing and Services Training Package. It will equip students with the skills required to work as a scaffolder in the residential and commercial construction industry.

13 units: 9 core; 4 elective

Subjects you can Study:

Core: Safely handle and use scaffolding tools and equipment; Licence to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding - basic level; Licence to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding - intermediate level; Work effectively and sustainably in the construction industry; Plan and organise work; Conduct workplace communication; Carry out measurements and calculations; Read and interpret plans and specifications; Apply OHS requirements, policies and procedures in the construction industry. Elective: Work safely at heights; Operate elevated work platforms; Operate a truck mounted loading crane; Operate personnel and materials hoists; Licence to operate a forklift truck; plus more.
