By completing this course you will learn about assessing, designing and preparing a variety of landscape projects including residential and commercial studios; producing computer aided drawings; and implementing business processes such as quoting and tendering, preparing contracts, and designing suitable landscapes.

Structure:

4 core units plus 8 electives.

Subjects you can Study:

Core: Design sustainable landscapes; Prepare a landscape project design; Assess landscape sites; Design for construction of landscape features. Electives: Manage landscape projects; Survey and establish site levels; Plan and supervise the implementation of permaculture project works; Provide specialist advice to clients.

Further information:

Students wishing to access VET Student Loans are required to demonstrate satisfactory reading, writing and numeracy skills, or provide evidence of successful completion of SACE Stage 2 or equivalent Australian Year 12 certificate, or completion of Certificate IV or above, as part of course counselling before enrolling.
