This site houses the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Centre and the State Furniture Trades Centre. The college offers courses in glass and glazing, saw doctoring, plastering, and polymer processing; and provides state of the art training facilities for photonics, telecommunications, electrotechnology, design and IT.

The closest railway station to the college is Lidcombe train station (the campus is a 10 minute walk from the Lidcombe Station). The College is also serviced by bus, with a bus directly outside the college entrance.
