This qualification reflects the role of entry level volunteer workers. At this level, work takes place under direct, regular supervision within clearly defined guidelines.This qualification may be used as a pathway for workforce entry. To achieve this qualification, the candidate must have completed at least 20 hours of volunteer work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of units of competency.No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.
